Prenatal Yoga provides an opportunity for expectant women to develop greater vitality and awareness of their body that is home for two, as well as to deepen their relationship with their baby. In this class, we’ll do gentle poses, breathwork with the pelvic floor, vocal toning, and practice mindfulness.
All of these techniques will help you cultivate calmness, confidence and flexibility, and preparation for labor and childbirth. The intention of creating calm confidence will help guide you through the mixed emotions and uncertainties and the fears of being a first time parent.
