    • Hi there! Thank you for your message. We would recommend looking into Mae & Cleo for menopause & post-menopause. If the soreness being experienced is caused by dryness, both of these products could be a great help to soothe and moisturize! For anyone new to using Mae or Cleo, we recommend using either or both in combination once daily for the first 10 days. So many Damiva community members find that this really kickstarts their relief.
