I’m going to be debunking one of the most common menopause myths. Menopause is the same for everyone. Mm-hmm. Age symptoms, timeframe… are all very different for every woman. No two women are identical and there are no identical treatments. You can look at your family history to get an idea of when you might go through it.
It’s likely to be similar to when your mother, grandmother, or older sister started. And the symptoms experience during and falling. The menopausal transition may vary substantially from person to person. Some have few, if any, symptoms for other symptoms can be severe and affect daily activities in quality of life. Some can experience symptoms for several years, so that’s one of the most common menopause myths debunked.
